We are searching for a talented, and driven individual to join our Insurance Sales Team. This person will be responsible for prospecting and selling new accounts, as well as servicing existing clients. We offer a positive atmosphere, a great service team and excellent growth and advancement opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Generate new clients through cold calls, referrals, networking, and lead generation opportunities
  • Preparing prospect fact gathering and required paperwork
  • Review information to ensure that the proper coverage is offered
  • Presenting proposals at prospect meetings
  • Assist in the submission process
  • Retaining renewal clients by maintaining relationships throughout the year
  • Provide a positive client experience

Qualifications

  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently
  • Time management skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Problem solving capabilities and attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Obtain Property & Casualty license within 60 days
  • Prior sales experience preferred
  • Personal computer and mobile technology skills
